Our Services

At Chehalem Physical Therapy, we offer a wide range of services designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Some of our services include:

• Treatment Services: Our therapists are skilled in all areas of outpatient orthopedics, including sports injuries, rehabilitation after surgery, and more. We also offer advanced certifications in pelvic rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy, and hand therapy.

• Injured Workers: We have advanced training in workplace ergonomic assessment to identify and prevent injuries. Our goal is to help injured workers return to their jobs safely and efficiently.

• Sports & Conditioning: We work with athletes of all levels to help them return to their sports or improve their level of play. Our spacious 4,000 sq ft gym provides a safe place for patients and community members to exercise.

• Gym & Fitness: Our gym offers a variety of fitness classes and programs, including the SilverFit and SilverSneakers programs. These programs are designed to help you stay active and healthy, regardless of your fitness level.

Our Team

Our team of therapists and staff are dedicated to providing top-notch care and exceptional customer service. Some of our team members include:

• Angela Wu, DPT, MPH, WCS: Dr. Wu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master of Public Health. She is also a Board-Certified Women's Health Clinical Specialist.

• Jeff Armas, MSPT: Jeff is a Master of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in rehabilitating the injured worker.

• Bud Herigstad, PT, CEAS: Bud is a Physical Therapist and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

• Maria Tang, OT, CHT: Maria is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist.

• Katie Severeid: Katie is a dedicated member of our team with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
