Our mission is to provide care that is centered on the needs of our patients, and to continually strive for excellence in every aspect of our services. We serve community members from primarily Moffat, Routt, and Rio Blanco counties in Northwest Colorado, and we are committed to being here for our patients, for life.

Our Services

Memorial Regional Health offers a wide range of services, including a 25-bed hospital, multi-specialty medical clinic, and a rehabilitation center. Our services include surgical procedures, emergency care, radiology, laboratory services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more. We also offer community resources, such as health topics, living well magazine, and patient forms, as well as transparency resources and visitor guidelines.

Our History

Several years ago, the community voted to build a new community hospital, and we happily agreed to provide the healthcare services our patients need most, right here at home. Over the years, we have expanded to include a variety of general care and specialty services, and we're proud to be certified by the DNV.
