Our Story

Born in South Africa and raised in Garden City, New York, Amal Kapen, the founder of Amal Kapen Interiors, has always had a passion for design. After attending Amherst College and Vanderbilt University School of Law, Amal pursued her dream and attended CW Post, where she trained with interior designer Meg Braff. With a keen eye for detail and a love for color, Amal's work has been described as inviting and polished, and her designs have been featured in various publications and media outlets.
