New York Paint & Hardware

New York Paint & Hardware has been a trusted family-owned and operated business since 1986, dedicated to providing high-quality hardware, paint, and specialized services to Manhattan residents and professionals. Founded by Michael Gorelik, an immigrant from Belarus, our store began as a paint shop and expanded into a comprehensive hardware destination through decades of hard work and commitment. Today, the business is led by Michael's sons, Frank and Shawn, who continue the tradition of excellence while expanding our offerings across three specialized locations. We pride ourselves on combining personalized service with a vast selection of products, including Benjamin Moore paints, plumbing and electrical supplies, and custom drapery solutions.

Our team of skilled technicians delivers unique services such as knife sharpening, lamp repair, and wood cutting, ensuring every customer's project succeeds. With free same-day delivery across Manhattan and a focus on community needs, we remain a cornerstone of the Upper East Side. Our history reflects the American dream, built on perseverance and a passion for quality that resonates in every interaction. We view our customers as partners in maintaining the tools and materials that transform houses into homes. Through generations, we've upheld values of integrity, expertise, and family tradition, making us more than a store - we're a legacy of service to New York City.
