Our Story

Our business began in 1992 when Carola Baker, a certified public accountant, started the company in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ms. Baker graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and later received her Master's Degree in Tax Law from The Washington School of Law. She is also an Enrolled Agent and has taken the Special Enrollment Examination. Throughout the years, our company has continued to grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients.
