Our Tasting Lounge
The Cypher Tasting Lounge is a charming space that evolved from SAM's love of winemaking, Paso Robles history, and old-fashioned hospitality. Our lounge is nestled in the historic train depot, built in 1880, and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can relax, unwind, and indulge in a wine-tasting experience.

SAM, our winemaker and proprietor, has spent years honing her craft, inspired by her 1970s upbringing and her passion for creating exceptional wines. Under her guidance, our winemaking team painstakingly crafts each bottle to ensure that every sip is a testament to the art and science of winemaking.

Arbor Road Winery and Tasting Room
In early 2022, we'll be breaking ground on a new winery and tasting room at SAM's home property, located in the Westside hills of Paso. This very special place will offer wine tasting with food pairings from our wood-fired pizza oven amidst the 300-year-old oak trees. Join us for a true farm-to-table experience and explore the herb, vegetable, and lavender gardens, olive and fruit orchards, and estate vineyard.
