Our team is led by Erika Lamb, a real estate broker with a strong passion for the industry and a commitment to continuing education. Erika has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked with Microsoft and Accenture in IT and corporate accounting before transitioning to real estate. She has successfully helped hundreds of clients purchase and sell homes and has managed over 500 homes in the Reno/Tahoe area of Northern Nevada.

Erika holds many designations including Certified International Property Specialist/CIPS, GREEN, Certified Residential Specialist/CRS, Residential Management Professional/RMP, and Certified Real Estate Analysts/CREA. She has been recognized for her hard work and dedication, receiving the 2015 Property Manager of the Year award and the 2018 Nevada Distinguished REALTOR award.
