Our story began with a passion for smoking meats and preparing extraordinary meals. The owner, Jamie Thousand, started Satchmo's, the highest rated BBQ and Cajun restaurant in Flagstaff, due to increased demand from friends attending his backyard BBQ parties. With the success of Satchmo's, the demand for catering services grew, and Roux 66 was born to alleviate the burden on the Satchmo's kitchen and to provide an additional event space in town.

Our team is dedicated to creating a menu that will delight your guests and create repeat business. We provide custom menus for each event, offering a unique guest experience. From plated meals to buffets, hors d'oeuvres to brunch, we can do it all. Our space is open and warm, with a unique reclaimed wood wall that provides visual appeal. We also have a full bar onsite, allowing us to create a custom cocktail experience for your event. Our space can accommodate up to 100 people in a standing reception and 70 in a seated capacity, making us the perfect choice for any size event.
