With nine electric Belmont barber chairs and four TVs for entertainment, clients can relax while they receive their haircuts. Free WiFi and amenities like an ATM and vending machine make the experience even more comfortable.

Our Services

From consultations for the entire family to men's and ladies' haircuts, Cindy's Barbershop offers something for everyone. Hot shave and straight razor services are available for men, while color services are coming soon for ladies. Children can choose from several fun designs to make their haircut experience enjoyable. Meet Our Staff

Cindy Ngo, the owner of the shop, came to the United States in 1999 and initially obtained her cosmetology license in Maryland. She relocated to Florida in 2004 and has been cutting hair ever since. Cindy is confident with a straight razor and believes in making people look good and feel great. Willie Weems III, a licensed cosmetologist for almost 20 years, is another key member of the team. Born and raised in Tampa, Willie is skilled in Razor Cuts, Design Cuts, and Shear Cuts. His friendly demeanor and commitment to excellent service make him a favorite among clients.
