M&R Drywall & Metal Stud, Inc. is built on a foundation of expertise and unwavering commitment. Our team, led by President and Founder Michael Rodriguez, is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Michael Rodriguez, a seasoned veteran in the industry, initially launched M&R Drywall & Metal Stud, Inc. in 1985, starting his journey as an apprentice and rising through the ranks to become a journeyman. His deep understanding of the trade, gained from years of hands-on experience and mentorship from industry leaders, forms the bedrock of our company's success. Michael's comprehensive approach, overseeing every aspect from estimation to project completion, ensures that each project is executed with the utmost precision and care.

Joining Michael's vision is Ashley Rodriguez, a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and The University of Baltimore, who holds a Bachelor's of Science and Master of Business Administration respectively. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience gained within the company, makes her a valuable asset as Project Manager. Ashley's sharp organizational skills and commitment to continual learning drive our efficient operations and contribute to the lasting success of our projects.

Rounding out our dedicated team is Roni Royston, our skilled and meticulous Office Manager. Roni's keen eye for detail and her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
