Our team is led by Tami Nichols, owner and administrator, who has worked in healthcare for over 30 years, with a specific focus on assisted living for the last 20. Tami is dedicated to serving the geriatric population of Mountain Home and is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Our team also includes Bobbie Spencer, RN, who has 20 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, and Hospice. Bobbie is dedicated to enhancing our residents' quality of life and takes pride in being a patient advocate, promoting dignity, quality care, and professional medical expertise.
