2024 Summer Schedule

Chuck Fisher's Bio
Chuck Fisher, the founder of Fisher Driving School, is an experienced and dedicated instructor with a Bachelor's degree from Millikin University. He is currently an Adapted Elementary Physical Education Teacher in Unit 5 and has been teaching Driver Education since 1995. Chuck has successfully taught thousands of students of all abilities and received numerous awards and recognitions for his outstanding work in Driver Education.
Driver Education Awards, Experiences, and Accomplishments
Chuck Fisher has been an active member of the Tri-County Operation Cool Program for three years, serving as the Vice-President. This program gives away a brand new car every year to a lucky teen driver who has demonstrated outstanding safe driving habits. Chuck has also been selected by State Farm Insurance to attend the 1st National Teen Driver Safety Week in Washington, D.C. in 2007. He was awarded one of 105 "Safe Teen Driver Awards" in 2008 sponsored by All State Insurance and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Normal Community High School has received multiple awards and recognitions under Chuck Fisher's leadership, including the Top 25 Project Ignition $2000 Award funded by State Farm in 2004 and 2006, and the Top 6 Driver Safety Program funded by IDOT in 2006. Normal Community High School was also selected to attend the "Great Lakes Teen Safe Driving Conference" held in various locations.
