Your Child's Baseball and Softball Journey Starts Here
Since 1993, BCC Baseball has dedicated itself to fostering youth development through baseball and softball programs in Montgomery County. Our organization operates recreational leagues where community volunteers coach and manage teams while promoting camaraderie among players. We also offer competitive select and travel teams designed to help athletes achieve aspirations at high school, college, and professional levels. As a non-profit entity, we reinvest all funds from player fees and donations into maintaining 15 local fields and providing scholarships for underserved participants. Our alumni network demonstrates exceptional success, with athletes excelling at prestigious academic institutions like Brown, Duke, and North Carolina, as well as Division I Power 5 programs. With a focus on community stewardship, we serve families across the DC Metro area, including Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Washington, DC. Our comprehensive programs cater to players aged 4-18, offering tiered options from Tee Ball to elite travel teams. The organizations longevity and impact are evidenced by our $3 million investment in public field infrastructure. We emphasize accessible participation through volunteer-driven operations and year-round engagement opportunities. Our commitment to transparency and community development positions us as a trusted leader in youth sports development.

Services
Tee Ball
BCC Baseball's Tee Ball program introduces ages 4-5 to fundamental baseball skills. Using stationary tee stations and modified equipment, we focus on hand-eye coordination and basic fielding techniques. This co-ed program creates a fun, non-competitive environment where young athletes learn teamwork and sportsmanship principles.
Recreation Leagues
Our Recreation Leagues provide structured baseball and softball competition for ages 6-18. Team rosters combine friends and classmates under volunteer parent-coached teams. Leagues emphasize skill development over competition through balanced schedules and equal playing opportunities for all participants.
Select Teams
The Select Team program develops elite players aged 9-14 through specialized coaching and competitive play. These teams compete outside regular recreation schedules against regional opponents. Training focuses on advanced techniques, strategic gameplay, and personal development for aspiring athletes.
Field Maintenance
BCC Baseball maintains 15 public fields across Montgomery County schools and parks. Our program invests over $3 million in field improvements including drainage systems, safety upgrades, and playing surface enhancements. This stewardship ensures safe, high-quality facilities for both our participants and broader community use.
Scholarship Program
Our scholarship initiative provides need-based assistance covering registration fees and equipment costs. Funded through donations, this program ensures financial barriers don't prevent participation. Applications are reviewed confidentially to support families requiring assistance with program access.
