Our History

Steininger's Cleaners was founded in 1955 by our parents with a single location, providing laundry and shirt service. Over the years, we expanded our services to include dry cleaning and grew our facility to accommodate our increasing customer base. In 1991, we opened our first satellite store in Lewisburg, followed by additional convenience locations. In 1995, we opened a brand new location in Lewisburg, featuring the area's only drive-up window. As our business continued to thrive, we moved our production facility to a new 6600 square foot building in Hummels Wharf, equipped with the latest technology to ensure exceptional quality.

Our executive shirt service ensures your shirts are cleaned and crisply pressed to perfection. Our laundry service includes wash and fold, as well as alterations and repairs by our experienced seamstresses. We also provide specialized services, such as wedding gown alteration, cleaning, pressing, and preservation, as well as cleaning and restoration of fire and water damaged items. Additionally, we offer household item cleaning, including rugs, drapes, comforters, and more. Our 24/7 self-service laundromat and dog wash provide convenient solutions for your laundry needs.
