Founded in 2011, LSI Property Management has grown to become a respected third-party management firm, with a portfolio of properties across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Meet our corporate staff:

Liz Sieben, owner and broker, has over a decade of experience in property management. With a background in regional property management and expertise in WHEDA and Section 42 programs, Liz is dedicated to protecting property owners' assets and enhancing the resident experience.

Frank Sieben, maintenance manager, has 40+ years of construction experience and is responsible for maintaining our properties. His expertise in maintenance and construction ensures that our properties remain in top condition.

Rachel Gudim, leasing and management assistant, has a background in early childhood education and hospitality. Rachel is responsible for leasing and managing our St. Croix County portfolio.

Lindsey Lyne, leasing agent and office support, has been with LSI Property Management since 2017. Lindsey brings a warm and friendly approach to her work, ensuring that every interaction with our residents is positive and helpful.

Jennifer Fry, leasing agent, has been with LSI Property Management for several years. With a background in the service industry, Jennifer is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our residents and potential residents in the Menomonie, Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Cadott, and Rice Lake areas.
