Design Evolutions

Design Evolutions was founded in 1998 with a mission to create personalized residential spaces that reflect each client's unique lifestyle and preferences. With over 20 years of experience in residential home design, our team combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing homes. We utilize advanced 3D modeling software to help clients visualize their projects before construction begins, ensuring alignment with their vision. Our process emphasizes collaboration with builders and early-stage planning to streamline timelines and optimize budget allocation. We specialize in integrating green technology and sustainable materials while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and long-term value.

Our commitment to listening carefully to client preferences has resulted in a high acceptance rate of initial design concepts. We serve clients in Kalamazoo, South Haven, and St. Joseph, Michigan, offering both new home design and remodeling services. Our founder's background in construction and formal education in Residential Design and Construction Management informs our practical, client-centered approach. We prioritize creating homes that adapt to evolving needs while maintaining architectural coherence with their surroundings. Our goal is to make the design process enjoyable and stress-free while delivering spaces that become cherished family environments.
