Our Team

Our experienced team of certified driving instructors boasts over 80 years of combined law enforcement experience and a deep passion for teaching. Led by retired CHP Captain William Perlstein and retired CHP Officer Richard Richards, we combine expertise with a genuine desire to guide our students toward becoming responsible drivers.
