Our History

Charles Williams Real Estate Investment Corporation was founded in 1968 by Charles S. Williams, Sr. with a vision to develop a range of different multi-family housing products throughout the Southeast. The company has specialized in developing and operating affordable housing, including HUD section 8, 236, 221D-4, FMHA 515, LIHTC, and Permanent Supportive Housing affordable housing developments. We also possess a long history of owner-operating Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
