Our Services
At The Yoga Projekt, we understand that every individual is unique, and that's why we offer a diverse range of classes and services to cater to different needs and goals. From Ashtanga to Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Beginner Flow, and Zen Flow, our yoga classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Our pilates classes, including Reformer and Mat Pilates, focus on core strength and stability while toning the body. We also offer functional strength training classes, such as Core Cardio, Kettlebell, and Body Barre, to complement our yoga and pilates classes.
In addition to our regular classes, we offer specialized workshops, private sessions, and group sessions. Our workshops provide an opportunity to learn specific techniques and advance your practice, while our private sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored to individual needs. Our group sessions are perfect for athletic teams, school faculty/staff, birthday parties, wedding parties, and team building exercises.
