Do you accept pets requiring special medical care?
We cannot accommodate pets needing subcutaneous medications, fluids, or care for chronic life-threatening conditions. Pets must be healthy and current on vaccinations including canine influenza.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
Bring pre-measured food, medications in labeled containers, and limited personal items like one bed and blanket. We provide bedding but allow familiar items to comfort your pet during their stay.
How do you handle potty breaks for dogs?
Dogs receive minimum two daily potty breaks with additional opportunities based on boarding type. Staff monitor bathroom habits closely, especially for first-time boarders or pets with specific needs.
Are there age restrictions for boarding pets?
We accept dogs up to 14 years old with recent wellness checks. Pets over 10 require veterinary documentation, and we cannot accommodate dogs needing intensive senior care or special medical attention.
What sets your facility apart from home pet sitting?
Our supervised environment provides constant staff observation, structured activities, and specialized care. Pets receive consistent attention while avoiding home risks like boredom-related destruction or weather-related emergencies.
