Nally's Computer Service is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Washington County community since 2006. Our founders, who are lifelong residents of Washington County, have built a strong reputation as dependable and fair technicians. At Nally's Computer Service, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our customers. Our technicians are trained and experienced in installing, training, and troubleshooting SMART boards, making us the ideal choice for schools and businesses looking to implement this cutting-edge technology.

We also carry a variety of retail merchandise, including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, routers, antivirus software, flash drives, cables, speakers, monitors, wireless and wired keyboards, wireless and wired mice, ink cartridges, and toner. Whether you're looking for a new computer, printer, or just need some accessories, we have you covered.

In addition to our retail offerings, we also provide data recovery and transfer services. We know how important your data is, which is why we do everything possible to extract data from a crashed hard drive. And, as an added thank you to our customers, if you purchase a laptop or desktop from us, we will transfer your data to your new computer free of charge.

NCS Wireless

NCS Wireless is a sister company to Nally's Computer Service, and all equipment is maintained by our staff. This enables us to expand and address issues quickly without waiting on a third party. We are currently in limited areas of Washington County and are constantly expanding, but due to the geography of our area, the signal can get blocked by hills and tree lines. Since every location is different, a physical site survey is recommended. This is a free service to check your signal strength; all you need to do is call our office, 859-336-0732, and schedule an appointment.

Service Contracts

If you feel more comfortable knowing your business will take priority service, contracts are available to commercial customers. These contracts include remote and onsite support and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Springfield Data Recovery & Data Transfer

When a hard drive crashes, it can be an emotional experience. At Nally's Computer Service, we understand how important your data is, which is why we do everything possible to extract data from a crashed hard drive. We take every effort to restore your data before determining that it's not salvageable.

As an added thank you to our customers, if you purchase a laptop or desktop from us, we can transfer your data to your new computer free of charge. We want to make the transition as seamless as possible for you.

Smartboard Technology

As factory-trained Smartboard installers, we have been busy with multiple schools in Marion, Nelson, and Washington counties. We can work around your schedule to avoid interruption of classtime and get you acclimated to your new technology before we leave. We've worked with several churches setting up projectors and SMART boards, and offer free quotes/bids on any job no matter how big or small.
