Infrared Sauna Pods
Infrared Sauna Pods deliver full-body detoxification and muscle recovery using dry heat, infrared energy, and vibratory massage. These sessions improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation while allowing comfort with the head outside the pod. Clients enjoy customizable experiences with essential oils, guided meditations, and fitness bands for workouts.
Cryotherapy
Whole-body electric cryotherapy exposes clients to sub-zero temperatures for up to three minutes, reducing cortisol and inflammation while boosting endorphins and circulation. Our USA-made chambers ensure safe, effective treatments that enhance athletic performance, mood, and recovery without nitrogen-based risks.
Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy uses 28,000+ LED diodes to stimulate collagen production, reduce pain, and improve skin health through non-invasive wavelengths. This treatment accelerates tissue repair, enhances mental clarity, and supports cellular rejuvenation for holistic physical and mental wellness.
Lipo Light Body Sculpting
Lipo Light targets stubborn fat with LED light technology, releasing stored contents from fat cells for natural elimination. This painless, 20-minute session tightens skin, reduces cellulite, and contours the body with no downtime or dietary restrictions required.
WellFit Advanced Skin Care
WellFit treatments combine molecular-level skincare with advanced technology to address fine lines, acne, and uneven texture. These 3-minute sessions stimulate cellular renewal, hydrate skin, and deliver a radiant glow using globally exclusive, FDA-cleared protocols.
