The Legacy of Lehmann-Peterson

Lehmann-Peterson has maintained a proud legacy of automotive excellence and innovation that spans over five decades. The company was founded by racing enthusiast, George Lehmann, and racecar builder, Robert Peterson, who merged their passion for automobiles and unveiled America's first stretch limousine in 1962 at the International Auto Show in New York City.

Earle F. Moloney purchased the assets of Lehmann-Peterson in 1969 and continued the company's tradition of innovation and excellence. With a background in automobile styling and a keen understanding of the market, Moloney expanded the company's offerings and established Moloney Coachbuilders as a coast-to-coast phenomenon for custom stretched vehicles.

Cadillac XTS-L: The Legend Continues

Lehmann-Peterson is proud to offer the Cadillac XTS-L Long Door Sedan and the XTS Five Door or Six Door Limousines. These vehicles are the epitome of elegance and luxury, handcrafted by Master Coachbuilders with luxurious interior appointments and spacious riding quarters.

The XTS-L is a single-cut conversion that elongates the vehicle to create a more spacious rear seat environment. With a seven-inch extension that allows the newly positioned rear seats to slip behind the sail panel, the XTS-L offers a comfortable and refined ride for executive travelers.

Lehmann-Peterson's Cadillac Master Coachbuilt Platinum Edition XTS Five Door and Six Door limousine vehicles are designed for both the Funeral and Limousine industries. With a seven-inch rear long door and a forty-eight-inch center door, this vehicle sets a new standard of excellence for entry and egress. The Five Door vehicles feature rear-facing jump seats, while the Six Door limousine features forward-facing passenger seats.

Kennedy, Elvis Presley, Sophia Loren, Aristotle Onassis, Pope Paul VI, President Nixon, and Queen Elizabeth.
