Poor Customer Experience
The reviewer, Nicole Zulich, had a disappointing experience with the company. She had an estimate done by Chris, who provided a quote of $225 for monthly landscape maintenance, which was significantly higher than her current payment of $140. The reviewer was put off when Chris raised the estimate by $25 after she mentioned getting another estimate.
Unprofessional Behavior
Chris's behavior was seen as unprofessional and inflexible. When the reviewer expressed her intention to get another estimate, Chris increased the estimate by $25, which was seen as a turn-off. The reviewer ultimately decided to look for someone else to do the job.
