At Affiliated Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Inc., we are a family-owned, comprehensive skin treatment center dedicated to providing individualized and compassionate care to our patients. Our practice was established in 1984 in Dublin, Ohio, and since then, we have been setting the standard for high-quality medical and cosmetic dermatological services.

Our team of experienced and board-certified dermatologists, including Dwight Scarborough, Brett Kockentiet, Richard Scarborough, Sarah Landis, Kate Tloczynski, Amy Nutting, and Laura Taylor, are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients. We believe that the best medical outcomes occur when mutual trust is established between the caregiver and the patient, and we strive to achieve this goal with every patient we serve.

Our Story

Our practice began as a solo practice on the upper floor of the historic Old Firehouse Building in 1984, when the Dublin Village population was about 5,800. The philosophy of "practice quality medicine and treat people well" quickly drove practice growth, requiring a move to our current location in November 1987. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include surgical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatopathology, and cosmetic dermatology.

We have also trained over 30 board-certified dermatologists in our fellowship program under the auspices of The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. In 2009, Dr. Brett Kockentiet joined our practice, bringing expertise in the use of biologic therapies in the treatment of difficult cutaneous diseases. In 2018, Dr. Richard Scarborough, a Cleveland Clinic trained dermatopathologist, took over as lab director to provide expert pathology reads with close clinical correlation, bringing optimal treatment guidance.

• Dermatopathology: Our in-house dermatopathology lab provides expert pathology reads with close clinical correlation, bringing optimal treatment guidance.

• Cosmetic Dermatology: We offer a variety of cosmetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments, to help improve the appearance of your skin.

• Billing Department: Our dedicated billing department is here to assist you with any billing questions or concerns you may have.

• Bellefontaine Satellite: We have a satellite office located in Bellefontaine, Ohio, offering convenient access to our services for patients in the area.

• Products: We offer a variety of skincare products, including Amorederma Cosmetics and Clarity Skincare, to help you maintain healthy, beautiful skin.
