Driver Woodworks is a family-owned business that has been serving the greater Sacramento area for 20 years. Our small size enables us to pay attention to every detail of our work and to our clients' needs, resulting in custom cabinets and furniture that are designed for life.

As a teen, Tim Driver began his woodworking journey in a friend's garage. Over the years, he has built homes, taught wood shop, and built custom furniture. His true passion, however, lies in creating high-end custom cabinetry and furniture. Tim established Driver Woodworks with the goal of keeping the craft alive and passing it down to the next generation. We take pride in our work and love bringing our clients' ideas and dreams to reality in their own homes. We believe that everyone should have access to beautiful, well-made cabinetry and furniture, so we strive to meet every budget need.

If you choose to proceed, we work with you to fine-tune the design until it is exactly what you want. We then schedule fabrication and installation, which is when the magic happens. If you choose to proceed, we work with you to fine-tune the design until it is exactly what you want.

Fabrication and Installation

Once the design is finalized, we schedule fabrication and installation. Fabrication is when the raw materials are transformed into a beautiful object. We use new technology and Old World craftsmanship to ensure that every detail is perfect. Installation is the final step in the process. We respect our clients' homes and bring in the necessary protection while working. Installation can take as little as a few hours to a few weeks, depending on the size of the project.
