The Hamilton Event Center is a premier venue located in Edmond, Oklahoma, offering a unique blend of elegance and intimacy for various events such as weddings, parties, and corporate meetings. The venue's design is centered around its beautiful birch hardwood floors and mahogany Chiavari chairs, making it an ideal space for a wide range of design themes. The silk fabric panels and the 16-foot ceiling create a stunning ambiance that can be tailored to match any theme or occasion.
Our owner, Jennifer, has a background in Formation Arts and Art Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She began her career in the floral industry in 1991 and eventually opened her own floral business in 1993. Her passion for event planning, including weddings, led her to open The Hamilton Event Center in June 2008. The venue offers a modern, elegant, and stress-free option for events in the North OKC/Edmond area.

Reception Options
We offer two main reception room rental options: the DIY Reception Room Rental and the All-Inclusive Reception Room Rental. The DIY option provides a 6-hour room rental with full control over setup, decoration, and clean-up, ideal for couples with a specific vision. The All-Inclusive option is a 5-hour rental that includes all set-up, decorating, and clean-up services, along with amenities like dishware, silverware, and servers. Both options are designed to make your reception planning as smooth as possible.
Ceremony Package
For a more intimate ceremony, we offer a Wedding Ceremony Package that includes a 2-hour day of rental plus 1 hour of rehearsal. This package can accommodate up to 120 guests in rows of chairs and includes fresh florals for the bride and groom. When paired with the All-Inclusive Reception Package, it can seat up to 100 guests at tables.
