At Weeping Beech Golf Club, we are a community of golf enthusiasts who share a passion for the game and a desire to grow in our faith. Founded in 2000, our club has grown to over 50 members and offers a range of services and activities designed to encourage fellowship, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where members can enjoy the game of golf, develop lasting relationships, and cultivate a deeper connection with their faith. We strive to provide a platform for members to share their love for golf, encourage one another, and grow together in their faith.

Our Services

Weeping Beech Golf Club offers a range of services and activities designed to cater to the needs of our members. These include:

• Seven outings (including the club championship) each year, providing members with opportunities to test their skills, compete with one another, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.
• A match-play tournament, designed to challenge members and encourage healthy competition.
• A Monday Night League (9-holes) each year, providing a relaxed and social atmosphere for members to enjoy the game.
• A handicap system, authorized by the United States Golf Association (USGA), allowing members to track their progress and compete fairly.
• Opportunities for fellowship and socializing through regular meetings and events.

Our Structure

Our club is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, who are elected by the membership each year. We also have five committees - Membership, Tournament, Handicap, Communications, and Social/Fellowship - which are responsible for conducting club operations and organizing events. Members are encouraged to participate in one of the committees and contribute to the growth and development of the club.

Our History

Founded in 2000, Weeping Beech Golf Club has grown from humble beginnings to become a thriving community of golf enthusiasts. Our club has been authorized by the USGA to issue Handicap Indices to its members and is a member of the Golf Association of Philadelphia (GAP). Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for our warm hospitality, competitive spirit, and commitment to faith and community.
