Our Story

Our founder, Kevin Hague, built Hearing Healthcare Associates with a passion to promote better living through better hearing. As the business has grown over the years, we've not only become the Tri-Cities area's expert on hearing, but we've also become the go-to experts on balance and vestibular evaluations. From resolving episodes of vertigo in adults to helping newborns hear the world, we provide thorough evaluations and expert treatment for people of all ages.

Our services include balance evaluations, diagnostic hearing evaluations, earwax removal, hearing aid dispensing and fitting, hearing aid repair, and tinnitus treatment.
