• Power Delivery: We can provide the following services for the Electric Power Industry: Line Routing, Environmental Permitting, Land Surveying, Structure Design, Right of Way Acquisition, NEPA & SHPO Compliance, Erosion and Sedimentation Control, Substations, and Land Surveying.
• Civil-Site Engineering: We have completed a wide variety of civil engineering and site development projects since 1996. We have developed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial land development projects. We have the capability to complete Land Development Feasibility Studies and Property Condition Assessments for proposed and existing residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Gas Industry, Mining, and Telecom Services: We have completed land surveying and engineering services for the development of over 1,300 Cell Tower Sites and 300 miles of Natural Gas Pipeline Permitting. We have the expertise to provide multidiscipline site acquisition, site design, engineering, utility coordination, and land surveying services, Co-Location and Rooftop Sites, Structural Evaluation/Engineering and Confirmation, Legal and Title Search Services, Construction Management, and Safety Plans.
• Environmental Safety and Quality: Our Environmental team has the proven experience performing various types of environmental projects including Phase I ESA/AAI, Stormwater, Outfall Sampling, Property Investigation, Health and Safety (H&S), Wetland Investigations, Stream Crossings and Encroachments, and much more.
• Residential & Commercial Development: Our experience includes surveying, planning, site/environmental assessments, permitting, coordinating with Municipalities, DOT, and Conservation Districts, subdivision plans, new storm sewer and stormwater management systems, landscaping, grading, utilities, E&S plan preparation, NPDES Permitting, access improvements, cost estimating, construction drawings, specification preparation, and bid phase services, construction.
