Unfortunately, not all reviews have been positive. Some customers have reported negative experiences, including:
- Balwinder Singh: Stay away from them, my truck got hit from behind, and they charged $4750 for a 16-mile tow and 4% card fee. We got a call from the dispatcher, not the owner, and were charged highway patrol rates.
- Heath Focht: BEWARE! We were ripped off by Bozz Towing. They installed new batteries, but the truck was worse off than before. We paid thousands in bills and hotel expenses.
- Darrin Brunell Jr: Diesel Roadside Repair was slow to respond, and when they did, it took hours to get towed.
- Frank Costilla: Bad experience. The mechanic spent five hours trying to fix a simple issue, and when I found out they were charging me more money, I was furious.
