Our History

Founded by brothers Alfred and Wallace Thompson, TT&E Iron & Metal, Inc. started as a small two-acre site on Garner Road, just south of Raleigh, NC. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our operations, acquiring an adjacent property and building a new shredder facility. Today, we operate on a 60-acre site in Garner, offering a state-of-the-art scrap metal recycling facility with a paved yard and computerized scales.
