At Lakeside Apartments & RV Park, our mission is to provide a comfortable, quiet, and drug-free living environment for our residents. We are a family-owned and operated business located in Prescott, Arizona, at the entrance to the Granite Dells area. Our park offers a range of accommodations, including 30 RV spaces, 11 apartments, 2 mobile homes, and 2 houses, all with a 12-month minimum lease term.

Our Services

We understand that finding the perfect place to call home can be a challenge, which is why we strive to provide a welcoming and well-maintained community for our residents. Our park offers a variety of amenities, including electric, water, and trash services paid by the park, showers, laundry facilities, and picnic tables at each RV site. We are also conveniently located close to shopping, the VA Center, and downtown, with two lakes within walking distance.

In addition to our comfortable living spaces, we also prioritize the safety and security of our residents. Our park has an onsite manager, and we conduct thorough credit and background checks as part of our application process. We also have rules and regulations in place to ensure that our community remains a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.
