North Coast Surveying, located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, is a family-owned business that has been providing comprehensive land surveying services to clients across Northern Wisconsin since 1996. Our team, led by Charles L. Oleinik, Sr., PLS, and Allen P. Oleinik, PLS, has a wealth of experience in all aspects of land surveying, including boundary surveying, land division, and development.
Our History
We began our journey in Bayfield County, Wisconsin, where we served the survey needs of the northern tier of counties along Wisconsin's Great North Coast of Lake Superior. In 2001, we moved our business to Rhinelander and have since expanded our service area to include Oneida, Lincoln, Langlade, Vilas, Forest, and Price counties. We have also worked on projects in Iron, Marathon, Florence, Marinette, and Oconto counties.
Our Expertise
Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the surveying process and its complexities. Charles L. Oleinik, Sr., PLS, has been surveying since 1989 and holds a BS in Geography from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, as well as an Associate degree in Land Surveying from Nicolet College in Rhinelander. He has worked with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for 25 years, gaining valuable experience in route survey and construction layout and staking.
Allen P. Oleinik, PLS, has been surveying since 2001 and holds an Associate degree in Land Surveying from Nicolet College in Rhinelander. His experience includes five years of land surveying and land development in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area and 12 years with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Allen has been working with North Coast Surveying since 2005 and brings a wealth of technology knowledge and management experience to the team.
