Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center that provides primary, preventive health care services to those living in southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services including medical, behavioral, dental, substance use counseling, mammography, and an in-house pharmacy. Our medical services include primary and preventive health care, vision services, and pharmaceutical services. Our dental services include dental cleanings, extractions, restorations, and more. Our pharmacy is located in the Leon office and is available for patients to fill prescriptions after an appointment or have current prescriptions filled or transferred at any time.

Behavioral Health

We believe that our patients' mental health is just as important as their physical well-being. Infinity Health offers a broad range of support and services to meet your needs, including after-hours emergency lines and substance use disorder services.

Meet Our Team

Our team includes experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our Chief Executive Officer, Kyle Ahlenstorf, leads the organization with a focus on quality and efficiency. Our Chief Operations Officer, Andi Masters, oversees daily operations, and our Chief Financial Officer, Michelle Leonard, manages the financial aspects of the organization. We also have a dedicated Director of Quality and Efficiency, Janeen Eddy, and a Behavioral Director, Danielle O'Brien-Day.
