Our Founder
Selfspace was founded by Lindsay Stefans, a certified mindfulness teacher and artist who has been practicing meditation for over three decades. Lindsay is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can come together to practice mindfulness and meditation, and she's dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others.
