We provide daily air freight services between Florida and the Bahamas with expedited clearance options. Shipments received by 3:00 PM arrive in Nassau the next morning, with standard clearance completed within 2-3 hours and expedited clearance within 1 hour. Our service includes real-time tracking and handles perishables, hazardous materials, and time-sensitive cargo.
Customs Clearance
Our licensed customs brokers ensure compliance with Bahamian and international regulations for air and ocean freight. How is dimensional weight calculated for freight charges?
Air freight dimensional weight uses LxWxH/166. Ocean freight uses LxWxH/1728 (cubic feet). Charges apply based on whichever is greater between dimensional weight and actual weight.
What customs requirements exist for Bahamian shipments?
Consignees must register in Bahamas Customs' Click2Clear system and submit a completed C44 Form with photo ID to authorize customs clearance.
Can you handle hazardous materials?
Yes, we are approved to handle hazardous/dangerous goods (DG cargo) with specialized documentation, storage, and transport procedures for air and ocean freight.
