Our Attorneys
*Dale Dolifka, Esq.*
Dale Dolifka has been practicing law in the State of Alaska since 1976. He moved to the Kenai Peninsula in 1975 and has been serving the legal needs of the community ever since. A 1974 graduate of Baylor Law School, Dale was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in 1975 and the Alaska Bar Association in 1976. He has been a member of the law firm of Johnson, Christianson, and Glass, and has also run his own sole practice. In 1990, he moved his practice to Soldotna, and in 2016, his son, Jeffrey, joined the firm. Dale is an avid farmer and a dedicated fan of SEC football, with a particular love for the Auburn Tigers.
*Jeffrey Dolifka, Esq.*
A graduate of Skyview High School in Soldotna, Jeffrey Dolifka received his B.A. from Boise State University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2013. He was admitted to the Alaska Bar in 2013 and has been practicing at the family firm in Soldotna ever since. Jeffrey is proud to be serving the community where he grew up and is an active member of the board of the Kenai Peninsula Boys and Girls Club and the Mae Ciechanski Scholarship Fund. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
*Noah Mery, Esq.*
Noah Mery was born and raised in Fairbanks and graduated from West Valley High School. He received his B.A. in economics from the University of Washington and his J.D. with honors from the University of Alabama School of Law. After working for the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel in Seattle, Noah returned to Alaska in 2014 to clerk for the Kenai Superior Court. He has been with Dolifka & Associates since 2016 and is an active member of the Soldotna community. In his free time, Noah enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and is an avid college football fan.
