1. APS Wound Care: Our wound care service is dedicated to helping patients with non-healing wounds, providing them with the best possible outcomes and highest quality service.
2. Kyphoplasty: This minimally invasive procedure is used to treat vertebral compression fractures, which are a common complication of osteoporosis.
3. Headache & Migraine Relief: We offer various treatments for headaches and migraines, including diagnostic medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve blocks.
4. Diagnostic Medial Branch Block: This procedure is used to diagnose and treat facet joint-mediated pain, a common cause of lower back and neck pain.
5. Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA): If a patient experiences a positive response to a medial branch block, the next step is to obtain longer-lasting pain relief through RFA.
6. Lumbar Spine Epidural Injection: This minimally invasive procedure can help relieve pain caused by inflammation in the spinal nerves, discs, or surrounding tissues.
7. Sacroiliac Joint Injection: This procedure targets the sacroiliac joints, which connect the iliac bones to the sacrum, and can help alleviate pain in this area.
8. Joint Injections: We offer joint injections for various joints, including the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, to treat arthritis-related pain.
9. Trigger Point Injection Therapy: This therapy targets painful trigger points in skeletal muscles, providing relief from myofascial pain.
10. Spinal Cord Stimulator (Neuromodulator Therapy): This intervention for chronic back and/or leg pain involves the implantation of a device that delivers electrical pulses to the spinal cord, helping to alleviate pain.
11. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP): PRP therapy involves the use of platelet-rich plasma derived from the patient's blood to promote healing and tissue regeneration, offering a promising treatment option for various pain conditions.
