Our Products and Services

At Bestway, we offer a wide variety of hydraulic cylinders used in different industries all over the world. Our product range includes:

Our cylinders can handle up to 20" in diameter and 500,000 pounds of lifting capacity with a single cylinder. With dual or multi cylinder configurations, there is no limit to the lifting capacity.

Our Capabilities

We manufacture all our hydraulic cylinders from our automated factory in Compton, California. Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced engineers enable us to build cylinders from 3 inches in diameter to lift small laboratory test stands to huge 20-inch cylinders used to extrude high viscosity materials requiring more than 500,000 pounds of pressure. We also build everything in between. Our welding shop is equipped with arc welding, mig welding, and tig welding machines, and all our products are individually inspected and oil pressure tested to ensure the highest quality.

Our turning shop is equipped with two turret turning centers, turning lathes up to 26" in diameter and 160" in length, turret revolving lathes, auto copy lathes, milling shop with horizontal mills, vertical mills, and boring mills. Our grinding shop has cylinder grinders, polishing machines, bench working shop with bench drilling, big press drilling, and arm type drilling machines. We offer saw cutting, flame cutting, plasma cutting, painting, and finishing services, and we can ship all over the world.

Engineering Capabilities

Our engineering department has a unique capability to design any hydraulic system from the ground up. With more than 60 cumulative years of experience and state-of-the-art equipment, there is almost no limit to what we can produce. Our designs and drawings can be electronically transferred to your computer in minutes via high-speed modems and transfer protocols.

Plating Processes

We offer various plating processes from outside sources, including hard chrome plating, cadmium plating, hard anodized plating, and others as needed.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions

We provide installation and maintenance instructions for our products in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Format. Our installation instructions are available for 5" and 6.5" models, with parts lists, packing and wiper replacement instructions, and bleeding procedures available.
