Our team is led by Nikolay Clark, a federally authorized tax practitioner with technical expertise in taxation. Nikolay is an IRS Tax Return Preparer and an authorized e-file provider, with certifications from the Department of Taxation and Finance of New York State. Accountant Bob Priore brings years of experience in variance analysis, budgeting, and balance sheet review to our team.
