Recruiting Resources International (RRI) was founded in 1998 with a mission to provide the best contract placement engineering services across the nation. Over the years, we have expanded our services and gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients, from 6m series A startups with 16 employees to Fortune 100 companies, including one client listed in the Fortune Top 10. Our headquarters are located in Andover, Maine, and we have achieved DoD Cleared status for Secret and Top Secret Level contract engineering engagements.

Direct Hire Services

Over the years, RRI has made over 100 direct hire placements at various VC funded Tech startups, and existing corporations. Our track record includes 40 direct hire placements in CPU and HW Engineering teams at Apple Inc., Cupertino, CA, and 25+ direct hires in ASIC Design and Verification, Embedded FW, RTL and Test at Broadcom Limited, Andover, MA (previously Sandburst).
