Our founder, Patrick D. Moren, established a well-respected firm that has served not only the local community but also clients from across the country and overseas. After working for many years as the Roseau County Attorney and Roseau City Attorney, Patrick D. Moren retired in 2017, leaving a lasting legacy in the legal profession.

Michelle Moren, Patrick's daughter, followed in her father's footsteps and started working with him following her graduation from William Mitchell College of Law in 1991. She has since served as Roseau County Attorney, Lake of the Woods County Attorney, and is the current City Attorney for Roseau. Michelle runs the firm, following her Father's vision, and is engaged in the general practice of law, working with clients on a multitude of legal matters, including estate planning, agricultural law, contracts, businesses, real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, and probate matters.
