Our Services

We offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, including:

• Infant Program (ages 6 weeks - 12 months): Our infant program provides a warm, nurturing environment where babies can develop at their own pace. Our certified teachers and staff work closely with families to establish a consistent routine that promotes healthy growth and development.
• Toddler Program (ages 1-2 years): Our toddler program is designed to support young children as they develop their independence and social skills. Our teachers facilitate engaging learning activities that promote language development, physical coordination, and emotional regulation.
• Young Preschool Program (ages 2-3 years): Our young preschool program provides a play-based learning environment that supports cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development. Our teachers use a variety of teaching methods, including the HighScope Curriculum, to support each child's individual learning style.
• Preschool Program (ages 3-6 years): Our preschool program prepares children for success in school and life by providing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that incorporates the Pennsylvania Learning Standards for Early Childhood Education. Our certified teachers use a variety of instructional methods, including the Montessori curriculum, to support each child's growth and development.

Our History

Margaret George School was founded in 1996 by Paula Cosden, who was a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator. The business was taken over by Victoria Spencer and Duc Nguyen in 2018, who are committed to continuing the legacy of kindness and care that MGS has always offered. As a family-owned business, we are proud to serve the King of Prussia community and to provide high-quality early childhood education programs that support the growth and development of young children.

Our Staff

Our staff consists of caring, certified, and experienced teachers who are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of each child. We follow the guidelines developed by Rudolf Dreikurs in his books, "Children, the Challenge" and "Discipline Without Tears", to facilitate the development of self-esteem and to resolve conflicts respectfully. Our staff is sensitive to young children's needs and adapts responses to each child's differing style and abilities.
