Propaganda Tattoo Studio is a custom tattoo shop located in the heart of downtown Manchester, CT, at 431 Main Street. Our studio has been serving the community for over 8 years, providing unique and personalized tattoos for our clients. We take pride in our work and strive to create a welcoming and relaxed environment for all of our customers.

Our lead tattoo artist, Alin Tomoroga, has been tattooing for over 15 years in both the United States and his home country of Romania. Alin's passion for tattoos and his dedication to his craft is evident in every piece he creates. His style is versatile, ranging from visually striking images to life events, spiritual and religious symbols, and memorial tattoos. Each tattoo starts with a free consultation to understand the story behind the idea, followed by developing a concept that both the client and Alin are happy with. Alin then creates a rough draft to ensure proper placement and makes any necessary adjustments. His tattoos are custom tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.

Our Studio

In 2014, we moved to our current location at 431 Main Street, Manchester, Conn. Our new studio is larger and more modern, allowing us to better serve our clients and continue to grow in the future. The studio is designed to be both eclectic and inviting, with a common area for clients to relax and a private office for consultations and tattoo sessions.

We take pride in the cleanliness and safety of our studio. Our artists follow strict sanitation procedures, and we use only the highest quality equipment and inks. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our clients.

Our Beginning

Propaganda Tattoo Studio was founded in January of 2008, and we opened the doors of our first location at 115 Center Street, Manchester CT on April 5th. This small one-man show place was home to Propaganda Tattoo Studio for almost 6 years. We have many fond memories of this location and the friends we made there.

Transforming the space from a garbage-filled mess to a clean and modern studio was a labor of love. We took pride in every aspect of the construction, from building the counter to cutting the sink hole. The end result was a studio that we were proud to call our own.
