Services
Swedish Massage
Our signature Swedish massage combines long gliding strokes with kneading techniques to promote deep relaxation. This full-body treatment improves circulation while reducing stress and muscle tension. Therapists customize pressure levels to individual preferences, making it ideal for first-time clients or those seeking regular maintenance. Sessions include optional aromatherapy enhancements for amplified wellness benefits.
Deep Tissue
Targeted deep tissue therapy addresses chronic muscle tension through focused pressure on specific problem areas. Therapists use slower strokes and concentrated effort on knots and tightness to improve mobility and reduce pain. Recommended for athletes or individuals with repetitive strain injuries, this treatment may produce some post-session soreness with lasting benefits.
Infrared Sauna
Our infrared saunas deliver penetrating heat therapy that promotes detoxification and muscle recovery. Unlike traditional saunas, this technology heats the body directly rather than the surrounding air, allowing comfortable sessions at lower temperatures. Regular use supports cardiovascular health, pain relief, and improved sleep patterns through deep systemic relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
Specially trained therapists provide safe, comfortable massage therapy for expectant mothers. Side-lying positioning with supportive cushions accommodates changing body needs throughout pregnancy. This treatment reduces swelling, alleviates back pain, and promotes better sleep while supporting emotional well-being through dedicated relaxation time.
Cupping Therapy
Modern cupping therapy creates gentle suction to lift and separate muscle tissue, improving blood flow and reducing tension. This non-invasive treatment addresses tightness in shoulders, back, and legs while supporting recovery from sports injuries. Sessions leave temporary circular marks that fade within days as part of the natural healing process.
