Hello, we are John and Juana, the proud owners of Needs&Wants Moving and CleanOuts LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the moving industry, we have made it our mission to help bring order to your disorganized spaces and provide a sense of peace during hectic moving days. Based out of the Kutztown, PA area, we proudly serve families and small businesses within a 100-mile radius.

At Needs&Wants, we understand that life's transitions often require sorting through your needs and wants, leaving you with worn-out or no longer used items. Whether you're downsizing, relocating, or clearing out a loved one's home, we are here to help. Our team takes pride in providing fast and efficient moving and clean-out services, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.

Our Services

*Moving Services*

At Needs&Wants, we offer full household moves for both residential and small commercial clients. Our team will carefully load and unload your belongings to and from your rental truck, into your new home or office. To secure truck rental, we require an Advanced Rental Payment of $249 or $349 for 26'ft trucks. Labor and service fees will be charged and collected on the day of service. Please note that the Advanced Payment is only refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the date of service.

*CleanOut Services*

From full estates to basements, garages, or attics, we can handle it all. We also offer cleanout services for foreclosures, hoarders, and tenant evictions. Our team can clean out by the pickup load, box truck, or dumpster load. For dumpster rentals, an Advanced Rental Payment varying on the size of the dumpster is required. Please note that additional charges may apply for the removal of un-dumpster-able items. If you require a smaller cleanout, we offer a box truck (with a refundable deposit) or per pick-up usage rate.

*Help Services*

Do you need help relocating large or bulky items within your home? Our in-house move services cover the relocation of furniture and/or appliances from within the home or property. We charge an hourly rate for labor only (with a 1-hour minimum charge and travel fee). If you're unsure what to do with extra or outdated furniture, household items, or clothing, we will try to find homes for gently used items at no or low cost, at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

At Needs&Wants, we provide free estimates for all services. Our pricing is based on current hourly rates and the actual work required per service. Please note that Advanced Rental Payments for moving trucks and/or dumpsters are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the date of service.
