Terry Hoff Construction is a fully licensed and insured contracting firm that has been specializing in building custom homes, renovations, and remodeling since 1986. With an office located on Edisto Island, we build projects across the Lowcountry, from Charleston to Beaufort. Terry Hoff, the founder of the company, personally oversees and manages all of our projects to ensure they result in the highest level of quality. We only take on as many projects each year as Terry can personally manage, so we can provide each project with the same level of attention, whether it's a beach house on Edisto, a plantation home in the Ace Basin, or a contemporary dream house on Johns Island. Terry Hoff

Terry Hoff started his career working for the federal government in a four-year tool and die apprenticeship program. He then went on to study architectural design and construction management, earning a degree in construction management from Clemson University. With his extensive experience in the construction industry, Terry has the knowledge and expertise to manage even the most complex projects.
