Founded in 1937, the Exeter Irrigation District (EID) has been a vital provider of irrigation water to over 13,000 acres of farmland in the Tulare County area of California's Kaweah River Basin. Who We Are

EID is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the landowners within our district. We are led by a skilled General Manager and supported by a dedicated team of professionals with extensive experience in irrigation management, water resources, and customer service.

• Water Delivery: We deliver irrigation water to farms through a network of canals, pipelines, and drainage systems.
• Metering & Billing: We accurately measure water usage and bill landowners accordingly, ensuring accountability and fairness.
