Our Story

Married since 2005, Daniel and Jennifer have two daughters and enjoy working together as a family. Even before their marriage, they worked together in construction management, laying the foundation for what would become Menco. In 2007, they opened Menco with the goal of providing exceptional home building services. Over the years, they've continued to grow their team, now including over 100 subcontractors, and have expanded their services to meet the evolving needs of their clients.

Daniel and Jennifer are hands-on in every aspect of the business. Daniel is on site daily, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to, and Jennifer custom draws each floor plan, bringing her keen eye for detail to every project. Their commitment to learning and growth has led Daniel to become a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, further enhancing Menco's capabilities and expertise.
